Build Community through Parks and Events
- Implement Tiburon's Master Parks Plan easy wins including updates to Bel Aire and Cypress Hollow parks and improve signage everywhere by early 2025
- Build a public launch for stand-up paddleboards and kayaks
- Create a play area in Blackie's Pasture that is accessible and inclusive with access to parking, including a gathering areas with picnic tables and shade
- Promote events such as Friday Nights on Main and other public events by partnering with the Chamber, Destination Tiburon and other stakeholders to encourage visitors and citizen engagement
- Plan for new park amenities at former sewer sanitation ponds by Blackie's Pasture by requesting Tiburon Parks, Open Space, and Trails Commission to have action item agendas with goal of decision by summer of 2025
- Identify potential recreational infrastructure identified in Parks Plan including pickleball, swimming, sand volleyball and bocce ball by summer of 2025
- Establish communication framework for community events, defining locations, number, intensity, type, responsible parties to amplify impact and diversity of events for improved awareness and participation
- Encourage and propose additional amenities and programming at Zelinsky Park creating a true civic park legacy next to Town Hall and the Library.

Reduce Traffic
- Leverage existing Traffic Relief Joint Powers Agency with Belvedere to reduce traffic between Trestle Glen to downtown during school drop off and commuting times with programs such as the Yellow Bus Challenge
- Reduce use of Tiburon Blvd by single occupancy vehicles coordinating with largest town employers to find solutions already being used in other towns
- Update capital budget and plan for known traffic safety issues including left hand turn island off of Cecelia and other measures identified 20 years ago
- Explore using police staff to control signals at Trestle Glen during peak hours
- Document Tiburon Blvd capacity limits to inform housing density options; better data for informed decision making and outcomes on housing mandates

Improve Safety and Town Sustainability
- Address bike safety and speed rules along the Old Rail Trail (ORT) with improved signage, communication, and enforcement
- Improve safety across Tiburon Blvd to the ORT
- Communicate park safety for kids, adults of all ages and dogs including signage, communication, trash services
- Emergency preparedness for home and community, improvements in policing and emergency situations
- Improve town building seismic resilience to reduce risk when there is an emergency
- Examine police staffing by partnering with Belvedere on enforcement staff to address safety and security issues
- Budget for climate change adaptation efforts and begin planning now
- Partner with Resilient Neighborhoods, FireWise and other organizations for community based safety and sustainability insights for residents
- Collaborate with Tiburon Climate Action Committee on additional solutions and examine how to lower permitting costs for solar installations in Tiburon

Town Accountability To Get Things Done
- Request customer satisfaction surveys and quarterly business review with Town Council for town services including residential and commercial building permits and inspections
- Collaborating with Town Council colleagues focus on fiscally responsible outcomes for Tiburon government efforts
- Identify town improvements from appointed Planning and Design Review Commissions for more effective decision making at commissions
- Establish annual joint meetings with Town Council and its commissions for improved coordination/execution/planning
- Review multiple joint power authorities (Ranch, Library, Tiburon Peninsula Traffic Relief) for improved execution, cost savings, citizen satisfaction
- Improve Town communications through best in class examination of other towns in Southern Marin

I have been a Tiburon resident for over 7 years, I am a proud husband and dad, and I love our community. Service to this community is one of my core values. I have been an active leader of the Parks, Openspace and Trails Commission, Safe Routes to School, RUSD Safety and Facility Committees and a host of other organizations as a “can do” leader and volunteer, focusing on quality of life, safety, traffic, the environment, and youth sports. Professionally, I am an advisor for clean energy companies.
