Build A Vibrant Community
- Promote more community events partnering with the existing commissions, the Chamber, community based organizations and others to encourage citizen engagement town wide
- Deliver on planned parks in a timely fashion for the community to thrive
- Focus on commercial businesses in Tiburon to reduce barriers for commercial activity, increase commercial sales leading to more town tax revenue
- Collaborate proactively on housing locations and progress to avoid costly reactive legal and unfavorable community results

Focus on Town Accountability and Execution
- Create an independent finance committee similar to Belvedere and Corte Madera to provide feedback, direction and opinion to Town Council on annual budget, audits and capital improvement plans (CIP)
- Request customer satisfaction surveys and quarterly business review on town services including residential and commercial building permits and inspections
- Identify town improvements from appointed Planning and Design Review Commissions for more effective decision making.
- Collaborate with Town Council colleagues to focus on fiscally responsible outcomes for Tiburon government efforts

Actively Engage on Traffic Issues

- Deliver Outcome Focused Solutions I have a plan that leverages the town's completed 2026 Infrastructure Study to get results now.
- Leverage existing Traffic Relief Joint Powers Agency with Belvedere to reduce traffic between Trestle Glen to downtown during school drop off and commuting times with programs such as the Yellow Bus Challenge
- Coordinate with largest town employers to find solutions already being used in other towns to reduce use of Tiburon Blvd by single occupancy vehicles
- Update capital budget and plan for known traffic safety issues including left hand turn island off of Cecelia and other measures identified 20 years ago

Improve Safety and Town Sustainability
- Communicate park and bike trail safety for kids, adults of all ages and dogs including signage, communication, trash services, police enforcement
- Emergency preparedness for home and community, improvements in policing and emergency situations in coordination with Belvedere and Marin County
- Improve Town building seismic and climate change resilience to reduce risk
- Partner with Resilient Neighborhoods, FireWise and other organizations for community based safety and sustainability insights for residents
